Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
We ship globally. Orders within the EU, Benelux, are delivered without additional customs duties. For non-EU shipments, you (the customer) are responsible for any local import duties or taxes, in line with international shipping regulations.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Times
- Benelux and Germany: 1–3 business days
- Other EU countries: 2–5 business days
- Non-EU countries / Overseas: 5–7 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Important information regarding Shipping costs
· -Aquanova- = Shipping cost absorbed by Aquanova, except the oversized/overweight surcharge.
· Worldwide delivery based on Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place)2020.
· For deliveries to non-EU countries, the buyer is responsible for proper customs clearance and the payment of any applicable taxes.
· Each order is provided with the correct documents, such as an invoice and packing slip, including all necessary specifications for proper customs clearance of your goods.

All our global deliveries are fulfilled by our logistic partner DHL Express - www.dhl.com
We prioritize eco-friendly practices and use sustainable packaging materials. Whenever possible, we choose GoGreen delivery options offered by our logistic partner DHL Express
Delivery Issues
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@aquanova.com.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, additional reshipping charges may apply.
