Step-by-Step Guide to Returning Your Product
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our support team at support@aquanova.com. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and your contact information.
Step 2: Receive Instructions
After we receive your email, we'll send you a "Go". Note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements.
Step 3: Prepare Products for Return
Carefully package the products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and ensure they arrive in good condition.
Step 4: Choose a Shipping Method
Select a shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to monitor the return and enhance security.
Step 5: Send the Products
Send the products to the following address with the reference "Aquanova consumer return":

Keep the tracking number for your records to track the shipment's arrival at our location.
Step 6: Inform Us of the Shipment
Email us the shipment details, including the carrier name and tracking number. This helps us anticipate your return and process it quickly.
Step 7: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we'll update you on the status of your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for the inspection and processing.
Step 8: Handling Your Return
If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
